Official Rules
1. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry, except residents of NY, FL, AK, HI. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Sponsor & administrator

4. How to enter
You may enter by either of the following methods. The methods carry equal odds and equal legal weight.
A. Purchase Entry. Purchase a digital "Box" (Common $10 / Rare $25 / Legendary $50) from the rugpull.it website. Each Box includes the disclosed number of sweepstakes entries (5, 15, or 35 respectively) as a bonus. Cosmetic items inside the Box are randomized for entertainment and have no monetary value or bearing on chances of winning.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). Hand-print on a 3"×5" card your complete name, address, daytime telephone, email, state of residence, and date of birth, and mail it in a #10 envelope (no metered postage) to:

Limit one (1) free entry per outer envelope per round. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Alternatively, submit the free online form at /amoe: one (1) free entry per round per person, dedup'd by email + hashed IP.
5. Drawing & prize pool
A "Round" begins on a publicly announced start date and rugs at a random moment inside a publicly announced window. The exact moment is committed in advance via a cryptographic hash of a secret seed (the "Commit"). At settlement, the secret seed is published (the "Reveal"). Entries are mapped to ticket serials in the order received.
The Prize Pool is funded as follows: a house seed of $750 USD plus 50% of all paid entry revenue collected during the Round. The pool is publicly visible in real time and recorded on the Solana blockchain (cluster: devnet).
6. Winners & payouts
Winners are determined based on Prize Pool size at the moment of pull:
- $0–$1,000: one (1) winner receives 80% of the pool.
- $1,001–$5,000: one (1) winner (80%) plus runner-up (10%).
- $5,001–$20,000: top three (3) winners paid proportionally.
- $20,000+: top ten (10) winners paid proportionally, plus bonus physical prize.
Winners are selected by the Administrator using the revealed seed as the random source. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the pull. Winners must respond and return any required affidavit/release within seven (7) days or forfeit the prize. Forfeited prizes may be re-awarded.
7. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Winners of $600+ will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Failure to provide a valid W-9 may result in forfeiture.
8. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries obtained through fraud or in violation of these rules. Sponsor's liability is limited to the value of the prize.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected is governed by the Sponsor's privacy policy.
10. Winners list
A list of winners is published at /winners after each round and is available upon written request to the address above for one (1) year after the pull.
